Chaos at Makindu Hospital as Autopsy of Miangeni Student aborts for the third time

Tensions flared at Makindu Hospital on Friday after the postmortem of a boy who drowned at Miangeni International School failed to take place for the third time.

Despite the pathologist traveling all the way to Makueni the school insisted on having the post-mortem conducted next week.

The deceased’s family, frustrated by the repeated delays, caused chaos at the hospital, demanding answers as to why the process was being stalled.

Family members and relatives engaged in heated confrontations with hospital staff, questioning whether there was an attempt to cover up the circumstances surrounding the child’s death.

The school, meanwhile, is under increasing pressure as concerned parents have written to the administration seeking an official statement on the boy’s death.
