Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti has denied claims of sidelining some areas in terms of development noting that she is serving every area equally.
While speaking at Masinga, Wavinya claimed that the area MP Joshua Mwalyo has been fighting her with lies to the people.
She however noted that she is not ready to engage in a verbal fight but instead, she’ll focus on her responsibility to the electorate.
Wavinyan promised that despite constant fights from the MP she would not stop serving the people of Masinga.
“I will not waste my time answering him at all instead I will focus on delivering to my people so don’t worry about anything because I’m dedicated to every sub-county without any bias, all the way from Mavoko, Kathiani, Kalama, Kangundo, Yatta, Masinga and Matungulu,” said Wavinya.
Ekalakala Ikaatini Member of County Assembly Stephen Mwanthi urged the locals not to listen to leaders misleading them about the county government.
“A few days ago Mwalyo had claimed that Masinga level Four Hospital lacks drugs. He forced me to visit the hospital at night to confirm if what he was saying was true. I was given the visitor book I did not see his name yet he claims to have gone to the hospital. Let’s not listen to some people mudslinging the government without any cause,” he said.
