Kuna shida: Kawaya Questions Wavinya’s Leadership

Mwala MP Eng. Vincent Musyoka alias Kawaya has thrown shade at Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti’s leadership.

“Governor Wavinya, her county is not doing well. That’s the truth. If you imagine it’s doing well, you need spectacles to see. We have a problem in Machakos, and that problem needs to be solved.” Kawaya said.

The MP who spoke at the burial of Philomena Mule, mother, to Matungulu MP Stephen Mulealso lauded Senator Kavindu for stepping up her oversight role.

“I want to thank Senator Kavindu. Your voice is being heard now. There was a time you went silent, but now you can be heard. Speak when you find there are no drugs in hospitals.” The Mwala MP added.

“Let us hold all leaders accountable. It’s not necessary for MCAs to beg the Governor for development. If she were working well, I would advise the MCAs to work closely with her, but she is not. If she wants MCAs to work with her, she should show what she is doing on the ground instead of just talking.” Kawaya reiterated.

The burial was also attended by other leaders including Mavoko MP Patrick Makau, Yatta MP Robert Basil, Machakos Women Rep Kamene Kasimbi, Senator Kavindu among other leaders.
