Former Transport CAS Wavinya Ndeti has called on her wiper competitors for the Machakos gubernatorial seat to bring it on saying she will trample them during nominations.
Speaking after attending a service at ABC Kathangathini in Kathiani sub-county, Wavinya said that she was in Wiper and she does not fear going for party primaries.
“I have no fear of going for primaries because I know I will defeat them because Machakos people have already spoken and I have their support. All I can tell them is to bring it on,” said Wavinya.
On matters Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka joining Azimio la Umoja, she asked Kamba leaders to rally up behind Kalonzo as he has the best interests of the Kamba community at heart.
“Let us rally behind Kalonzo Musyoka because he has the best interest of the Kamba community. Azimio grand coalition will be a three-legged stool where OKA will be recognized,” she said.
Wavinya called on her competitors to ensure they give out manifestos rather than abusing other candidates and misusing the youth to drive their agenda.
“I will not abuse anyone, rather we should focus on politics that are beneficial not buying alcohol for our youths so that they can insult and shout down the other candidates. The days for such politics are long gone and now we do politics that will help people not derail them,” she went on.
Wavinya Ndeti is battling the Machakos gubernatorial seat Wiper ticket with Mavoko MP Patrick Makau and Speaker Florence Mwangangi. Other candidates in the race include former chief of staff Nzioka Waita, UDA chair Johnson Muthama, Lawyer Kyatha Mbaluka among others.
Last week, Mavoko MP Patrick Makau hit at Wavinya Ndeti telling her to go back to her political party, CCU since she has no room in Wiper.
