The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has released the withheld KCSE results for all 92 candidates from Mama Malia Academy in Kitui County.
According to the results, One student had a B plus, 17 B, 51 B minus, 22 C plus, and 1 C constant.
The school’s mean score of 7.94 – C+ with a deviation of 0.00 indicates an overall solid performance among the candidates. Notably, Mama Malia Academy recorded 99.99 percent University Transition.
Principal Naomi Ndambuki had earlier expressed her shock and disappointment at the news of the withholding of the school results. She stated that the school had not been notified of any irregularities during the examination period. She emphasized the institution’s consistent efforts to maintain high academic standards.
KNEC had also not disclosed specific details about the alleged malpractices.
