Kwi Kyathi hitmaker Alex Kasau alias Katombi has thrown a shade at Kamba Gospel Artists in his latest song noting that many have deviated from the true gospel.
In the song dubbed Ataiwe Yesu, Katombi calls out Kasolo, Myello, Katungwa, and Masekete to change their style of music as they are not living to the gospel standards.
“Kasolo, Myello, Katungwa, Masekete, and Ndeke check and change your tune. They are no longer sheep but goats who have fallen out of their way. They should look for Wilberforce to teach them the true gospel,” part of the song goes (translated).
Katombi goes ahead to say that many of the so-called gospel artists have deviated from the true gospel and they should start singing secular songs as their songs are not being understood where they stand.
