Benga artist Alex Kasau Katombi Friday responded to Kasolo and Masekete after claiming that he received 30,000 as MCSK royalties.
Katombi through his social media posted the MCSK cheque worth Ksh. 105,024 and immediately Kasolo reacted to the post claiming that the Benga artist posted a fake cheque.
” I earn more than you have received from MCSK, only in one performance at kwanjenga ” Katombi said vowing to go after Kasolo one one-on-one from ‘The TV station.’
During an exclusive interview with the media, Katombi claimed that he spends more than 500,000 per month and doesn’t rely on money from YouTube and Skiza payments.
“I earned my first million when Kasolo was in preschool,” said Katombi.
He further said Kasolo can’t even appear among the top richest musicians in Ukambani region.
Katombi finally warned the two musicians to cease mentioning his name anyhow and that they should approach the Benga artist if they have personal issues.
