MP Toroitich’s Simcard suddenly lost network and he thought it was normal network loss, when he asked his Personal Assistant to call him, the phone was answered by another person.

The legislator called Safaricom customer care and they informed him his line had been swapped. Over 547,000 was then transferred from his bank account.
