DG Mwangangi: Here’s what will happen if Raila doesn’t step down for Kalonzo

Machakos County Deputy Governor Francis Mwangangi has predicted what will happen if Raila Odinga doesn’t step down for Kalonzo Musyoka.

Addressing believers at Katangi Catholic Church in Yatta Sub-county, Machakos County during a Church service Sunday, Mwangangi opined that president William Ruto will rule for 10 years.

According to the Deputy Governor, Raila should step aside for Kalonzo Musyoka to run for presidency come 2027 under Azimio La Umoja- One Kenya Alliance Coalition

“It is also important for Raila to thank the Kamba Community for standing with him all those years. There is no other way he can appreciate this Community rather than supporting one of our own Kalonzo Musyoka,” said Mwangangi.

Mwangangi asked leaders and all those close to Raila Odinga, to clearly inform him that the Kamba Community is not ready to support him again but their own, Kalonzo Musyoka.

“Leaders who are here and all those who talk to Raila, should not hide anything, tell him that Kamba Community is ready for Kalonzo Musyoka and not him.”He went on.

Mwangangi cautioned that they as leaders are not refusing to support Raila Odinga due to disrespect but it’s because the Kamba Community need their own Kalonzo Musyoka to set the pace..

“I respect Raila in totality but let him also respect the Kamba Community this time round,” added Mwangangi

Earlier in the week, Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti asked Raila to come out and endorse Kalonzo Musyoka saying that if it does not happen the community will part ways with Raila. Missed the story? check it out below;
