Matungulu MP Stephen Mutinda has revealed what Kalonzo Musyoka and the Kamba community will get from the Azimio la Umoja coalition a day after rejoining.
Speaking during a rally in Tala attended by Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka, Mule said that the Kamba community was going to get various positions in the Government which would be led by Raila Odinga and Martha Karua.
The vocal politician revealed that Ukambani will produce 4 cabinet secretaries, 30 ambassadors, 40 board chairpersons, road infrastructure of about 1,500km, and more dams in the areas hit hard by water shortage.
“Those who thought that we had gone back to Azimio la Umoja without a sense of direction feel ashamed. Kalonzo did not go to negotiate for his own interests but rather for the interests of the community and Kenya at large,” MP Mule said.
Mule called on other leaders from the region to respect Kalonzo Musyoka saying that the other leaders who pretended to be negotiating on behalf of the community have delivered nothing but just empty words.
His words were echoed by various wiper leaders who had accompanied the party leader to the political rally in Tala market.
Kalonzo Musyoka called on residents to ensure they elect Raila Odinga to be the next president so that the things they had negotiated for would be actualized.
“We have come far with Ndugu Raila and I know him well. Let us vote for this man because the goodies that are there for our community are plenty and there will be a change in our community through my leadership and that of Raila and Martha Karua,” said Kalonzo.
Kalonzo was accompanied by Gubernatorial candidate Wavinya Ndeti, Francis Mwangangi, Senator Agnes Kavindu, Kangundo MCA Moses Mitaa, Makueni Speaker Douglas Mbilu, Robert Basil among others.
