Katolo hitmaker Ambassador Toby Bisengo has revealed that he has received a summon from DCI Embakasi over alleged cyberbullying.
According to Bisengo in a TikTok video, a Kamba artist who he had sued last year for cyberbullying is the one behind the police report.
“As the process of the case is ongoing, today I received a call from an officer of the DCI Embakasi Divisional Offices that I had been summoned for cyberbullying,” Bisengo disclosed.
“In law, we call this an afterthought. This person is trying to do the reverse of what I have done, but it will not work against stopping my case. I will not go to the summons because I do not know what is awaiting m,e and if I decide to go, I will be accompanied by my lawyer or a friend,” he added.

The artist revealed that a cyberbullying case that which he had sued a certain Kamba artist is set to be heard in court on Thursday.
Bisengo noted that he had had enough with cyber bullies and it was high time they were taught a lesson.
“I decided to sue someone who cyberbullied me on the internet ,and I went to collect all the evidence, and I filed a case against this individual because I have never cyberbullied anyone all my life,” said Bisengo.
“And so have been following up with the case because I was doing this to try and protect my name because no one will protect it. A lot has been happening on the case and it is going to the court this coming Thursday,” he added.
Bisengo promised to keep his fans updated on the summons and the case.
