Tell us where you get money to do projects in Kibwezi – James Mbaluka to Mutuse

Kibwezi West parliamentary aspirant who recently decamped from Wiper to UDA James Mbaluka has asked Machakos chief of staff Mwengi Mutuse to account for where he gets money to do projects in the constituency.

According to Mbaluka who spoke at a campaign rally for the UDA candidate in Nguu/Masumba Daniel Musau, the salary of a chief of staff is known and he cannot afford to do such projects from his own pocket.

“Hospitals in Machakos don’t have drugs and we hear how people in Machakos are crying. We know the salary of a chief of staff and we also have one in Makueni. If Money has been lost in Machakos, then that of Kibwezi west won’t fit in the pocket of a shirt.” Mbaluka said.

Mutuse and Governor Kibwana are campaigning for independent candidate in the By-election Timothy Maneno who is facing off with Daniel Musau of UDA and Eshio Mwaiwa of Wiper.

Mbaluka took a swipe at the Wiper party for having no ideology and policies saying people are tired and had moved on.

“Where we were (Wiper) they had no policy, it was just ‘vomwe, vetwe, kusuvia mbai and kusuvia mundu. We are tired and we must save ourselves from that slavery.” Mbaluka went on.
