The Eastern Region Secondary School Term 1 Games which begun on March 21st 2024 at Machakos school came to an end Saturday.

In Basketball Boys, Lukenya Schools basketball team, The Stallions defended their regional title by beating Mbooni boys 91-42 baskets to qualify for the Nationals.
Basketball Girls Ikutha Girls Squashed Kyasioni girls 33-28 earn a sport to the nationals.
In Hockey Boys Meru School and Katangi Boys, both will respectively represent the eastern region in the hockey boys category.
Hockey Girls Nyayo Girls retained their tittle after a 2-0 win against St. Joseph’s Kibwezi, both teams are heading to the nationals.
In Rugby 15 Boys All Saints Embu emerged victorious after a 49-0 run with Kitondo school.
For the Rugby 15 Girls, Kivandini Girls are heading to the nationals after emerging winners in tbe girls category.
The anticipation is high as attention now turns to the upcoming National Championships to take place at Machakos School in early April 2024.
