Patience Kanini a 24-year-old lady from Mui ward Kitui county has pleaded with Maguguni police officers from Juja along Thika road to assist find her seven-month-old missing son.
Kanini narrated a strange woman boarded the matatu at Muthaiga along Thika road. The lady was friendly to her son and Kanini allowed the the lady to interact with her son.
She fell asleep during the journey and the lady got a chance to escape with her son.
“I fell asleep at Thika and I later realized at Matuu my child was gone. I alighted to report the incident at Matuu police station,” said Kanini.
Kanini has urged anyone who finds her son to call or report to the nearest police station.
