Kamba Gospel artist Stephen Kasolo has responded to allegations that he stole Diana B’s iPhone during Bolo Bespoke’s wedding in Masii.
Speaking to bloggers, Kasolo refuted the claims saying that stealing has never crossed his mind and he owns an iPhone and Galaxy Z fold 5. He further cautioned that those behind the rumors will die.
“Whoever recorded that video will die, they will die a shameful death, ask in Ukambani all those who ever fought me they died. I have Z Fold 5, 300,000, and an iPhone 15 pro max, I can’t steal someone’s phone, it has never even crossed my mind.” Kasolo said.
The artist blamed Obina and Dem wa Facebook for making a joke which many people have interpreted as the truth.
“Obina is a friend and he cracked a joke, not sure whether his intention was to defame me. Dem wa Facebook said Diana’s phone was stolen and Obina in response said that is the reason I went home early. I left early because I was going to a crusade, the phone was stolen during the after-party when people were drunk.” Kasolo went on.
Kasolo asked Obina and Bahati to go to social media and clear his name so as to protect his brand claiming Bahati stopped picking his calls after the event.
“People should stop defaming others, building a brand is not easy. Whoever uttered that may he be cursed to the 7th generation. My children go to school because of my name, I feed my family from my name. Obina should come out and clear the air that this is not true. Diana and Bahati are my brothers and sisters, after this scandal, he is not picking up my calls. He should feel ashamed. Before the event you were begging me, please go online and clear these rumors. I fueled my car and came to perform for free and when my name is being spoiled you are hovering with choppers all over. Go to the media and clear my name from this nonsense.” the artist urged.
