Renowned political analyst Herman Manyora says Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka should be worried about President William Ruto’s trip to the Nyanza region.
Speaking during an interview at a local radio station, Manyora said that Kalonzo and Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua should not be ignorant of the fact that there could be a secret deal between President Ruto and ODM leader Raila Odinga.
According to the analyst, there has been a handshake between Ruto and Raila and the two are keeping it a secret, and if it comes out at one time Kalonzo and Gachagua will be the casualties.
“You know Raila cannot handle the questions from his team who will feel like they have been betrayed. On the other hand, Ruto’s deputy is a man who doesn’t mince his words and can cause a lot of trouble for Ruto if the deal becomes public,” said Manyora.
He noted that the two should be careful and know where they stand in politics as the feeling of betrayal may be heavy on them.
“If it is proven to be true Raila will be ending his political career in a bad way, not as a statesman whom people have looked up to as a very serious Kenyan,”Manyora added.
