Special Economic Zones Authority (SEZA) Chair Fred Muteti has declared his interest in the Makueni constituency MP Seat in 2027.
Muteti, who attended a fundraising at Unoa Comprehensive School in Wote with the current MP Suzanne Ndunge Kiamba warned her that it’s going to be tough.
“Honorable Suzanne has done well and utilized our CDF funds well, it is our money it should be used prudently. In 2027, Suzanne, this man here will be a candidate for Member of Parliament in Makueni constituency. It’s going to be tough.” Muteti said.
Suzanne in the function asked Kibwezi West MP Mwengi Mutuse to stop campaigning for Ruto’s reelection in 2027, as Ukambani will have a presidential candidate Kalonzo Musyoka.
“All of us here are Kambas. Mwengi is my close friend and colleague. If possible, let’s have a genuine dialogue. In Ukambani in 2027, we have a Presidential candidate and we are not apologizing.” Suzanne said.
“There are things we won’t accept as a community. We really respect other people and expect to be respected. If you don’t respect us, we will not respect you.” She added.
Other leaders who attended the fundraiser include Kibwezi West MP Mwengi Mutuse, Dr. Andrew Mulwa among other leaders.
