DG Mwangangi introduces look-alike son who scored A in KCSE

Machakos Deputy Governor Francis Mwangangi for the first time introduced his son Kilonzo Mwangangi to the public.

The DG had managed to keep his family away from the public eye until he was elected alongside Governor Wavinya Ndeti in the last general elections.

During the swearing-in ceremony, Mwangangi came with his wife who stood beside him as he took the oath of office.

On Sunday, Mwangangi attended a church service at St. Charles Lwanga, Nuti in Matuu, Yatta sub-county of Machakos county.

He was accompanied by his son whom he called to greet the faithful disclosing that he sat for his KCSE exams last year and managed a mean of A.

“I did not know if you had a Harambee but because I love you, be telling me everything you are doing. When I was elected I came with my wife and two kids. The one who was walking is here and you can see he is almost taller than me,” Mwangangi said.

“He did his KCSE last year he was among those who had an A, should I call him to greet you,” he added.

The young boy was called to the front and passed his greetings.

“I am Kilonzo Mwangangi and I’m grateful for hosting us today to share this day with you and wish you a happy Sunday,” said the boy.
