One person has been killed while another is nursing serious injuries at Makueni Refferal hospital after being shot by police in Wote.
The two were among angry demonstrators who clashed with police in Wote town during Azimio protests.
The man who died was shot on the chest while the one in hospital was shot on the hand.

Bon fires were lit as early as 9 am in the morning signalling the start of the demos.
The Azimio coalition had announced a three day demo beginning this week.
The coalition leaders were expected to hold rallies in Kamukunji and Joseph Kang’ethe grounds in Nairobi.
