Jane Kioko, sister to popular influencer and YouTuber Nicholas Kioko has publicly apologized to her brother following slanderous allegations she made earlier this year.
In a video circulating on TikTok, Jane asked Kenyans for forgiveness, not only for herself but also on behalf of her daughter, Tracy.
Her daughter, Tracy, also issued an emotional apology, specifically addressing Kioko’s wife, Ashley Wambui. “I love my aunt Ashley, and I’m sorry,” the young girl said in the video.
While the apology struck a chord with some, many viewers were skeptical. Some questioned its sincerity, and others accused Jane of seeking attention and clout.

The controversy stems from a series of videos Jane and her daughter previously posted, accusing Kioko of neglecting his family despite his success.
Among the allegations, Jane claimed Kioko had failed to pay school fees for her daughter and even accused him of mistreating their mother and being estranged from the family since gaining fame and wealth.
Kioko had publicly had stated that he was tired of being extorted by his sister. He also revealed that Jane had allegedly threatened to expose him unless he met her financial demands, including paying school fees.
“I am not responsible for her, and I will not tolerate threats or manipulation,” Kioko said in an earlier statement.
