RJ’s Retreat Migwani – Mwingi West has now opened its doors ahead of the festivities.
RJ’s, the first of its kind in the area, is convenient for accommodation, events and conferences as it offers a quiet and serene environment.
Speaking to Mauvoo News the proprietor, Mawia Musyoki, revealed that a local contractor and local laborers built the retreat and this has impacted the community.
“From the word go we wanted to use this facility to grow the economy of Mwingi West and Kitui County. We sourced our materials locally, used local contractors and even some of the finishes are being sourced locally. We are amazed by the wonderful work that our people can do.” Mawia said.
“We are offering premier services at affordable rates and want to welcome the people of Migwani, Mwingi West, and Kitui County at large to consider us for all accommodation, events, and conference needs. We are offering a new experience. “She added.
The retreat is located in Migwani Town, taking the road to Migwani Health Center and Police Station, you pass both and follow the road. Turn left, follow this road, and take the first left turn. The grey and gold gate is straight on.
While staying at RJ’s one can visit the amazing Ikoo Valley, Kyome Rock, and all the beautiful surrounding mountains. The retreat also offers an opportunity to interact with warm and friendly Migwani people and to relax and rejuvenate.
