Munyaka defends Ruto on current economic crisis

Despite the hard economic times Kenyans have been urged to be patient with the Ruto administration as it puts things into place.

Speaking at Mumbuni, Lands and Urban Chief Administrative Secretary Victor Munyaka said that soon Kenyans will see the results of the hard work of President William Ruto.

According to him in two years’ time, the president will have streamlined every sector and ensured Kenyans are no longer burdened.

He expressed confidence in the president and his capability stating that he(Ruto) has the interests of Kenyans at heart.

“I know President William Ruto and what he is capable of and just give him two years and the change will be visible,” Munyaka said.

The former Machakos MP claimed that Ruto inherited empty coffers and should not be blamed for the economic crisis in the country.

His sentiments were seconded by Francis Mutungi, a Makueni politician.

The politicians spoke after attending a funeral service of Harrison Mulandi who died at 70.
