Lawyer Miguna Miguna has offered to defend in court Machakos Activist and Blogger Donald Mwendwa Nzau alias Password arraigned in court Wednesday.
Mwendwa was arrested for allegedly publishing defamatory remarks against Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti.
Taking to Twitter, Miguna dismissed the case as nonsense vowing to defend him in court.
“True. I would represent the young man if I am approached by him. This is egregious nonsense…”Miguna said,
Lawyer Miguna was responding to a Tweet by Blogger Pat Safari who shared the charge sheet and the reasons for the Activist’s arrest.
According to a charge sheet seen by Mauvoo News, Password was charged with the publication of false information contrary to section 23 of the computer misuse and cybercrime act 2018.
