Machakos Blogger and Activist Donald Mwendwa Nzau popularly known as Password was Wednesday 25th January arraigned for allegedly insulting Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti.
Password was released on a Ksh. 50,000 cash bail or a bond of Ksh. 200,000.
According to a charge sheet seen by Mauvoo News, Password was charged with the publication of false information contrary to section 23 of the computer misuse and cybercrime act 2018.
“On Diverse dates between the 1st Day of December 2022 and the 30th Day of December posted on Ukambani politics WhatsApp group to wit,” if Wavinya needs us to go personal I will bring all the names of the young men she is been sleeping with for the last 15 years. Mark young men. She is trending on dangerous grounds. Yours truly. Password mwendwa” knowing to be false which is calculated to discredit the reputation of Hon. Wavinya Ndeti.
The complainant is the republic through Wavinya Ndeti and the Witnesses are Governor Wavinya Ndeti, Machakos chief of staff Lawrence Ngovi among others to be stated.
