Matungulu MP asks African presidents to expel all Russian Ambassadors

Matungulu MP Stephen Mule has asked President Uhuru Kenyatta to lead African Presidents in expelling all Russian Ambassadors from the continent.

Speaking at St Charles Lwanga Kinyui in Matungulu sub-county, Mule condemned the recent invasion of Ukraine, a country with a democratically elected government by Russia.

” I Stephen Mutinda Mule, MP from Kenya, I want to in the strongest terms possible condemn President Putin for putting the people of Ukraine into unbearable suffering because of your greed. All leaders in Africa should expel the ambassadors of Russia from our continent. You cannot have a government that interferes with another democratically elected government in the world and you let it just like that.” Mule said.

“Uhuru Kenyatta, you are the AU Chair right now, mobilize the presidents of Africa and cut down the ties between us and Russia. It is very painful to send rockets to harm the people of Ukraine. We don’t have space for war in this century. I will bring a motion in parliament next week to expel all diplomatic officers of Russia. We don’t care who you are Putin.”The MP added.

Mule also took a swipe at the 3 governors of Ukambani saying that they should give no conditions to Kalonzo as he joins Azimio because they have no say in Ukambani and no one had sent them to Azimio.

“You have no mandate to give Kalonzo Musyoka any condition because when they went to Azimio they did not have any mandate of the community, they are nobody in the Kamba region.”He went on.

The vocal legislator revealed that they were going to be firm and that they had an idea of the negotiations that were ongoing in the Azimio grand coalition with the Wiper leader. He further revealed that on Monday 28th February, the One Kenya Alliance was going to unveil their presidential candidate before they go on with the Azimio-One Kenya Alliance coalition.
