Keep off Machakos affairs Deputy Speaker Nzue tells Kiala

Machakos County Assembly Deputy Speaker Stephen Mwanthi Nzue has asked former Machakos Deputy Governor Benard Kiala to keep off Machakos politics.

Nzue said that Kiala has been meddling in the affairs of the county with the aim of bringing division between Governor Wavinya Ndeti and Deputy Mwangangi.

Also to feed the locals with doubts about the service delivery by the governor by writing to the controller of budget concerning the finances of the county.

The Ekalakala/Ikaatini ward MCA noted that there is no enmity between the governor and his deputy as purported by Kiala.

“If Kiala seeks to see fights and division between the governor and her deputy he will have to wait for long because not everybody likes confrontations,” said Nzue.

“Our governor and his deputy have agreed to work together for the betterment of our people and even the MCAs are supporting them only five of them are against because of the tenders they get from the lawmakers inciting them against the government,” he added.

Kiala recently accused Francis Mwangangi of being a puppet whose strings were pulled by his boss. He had challenged Mwangangi to be strong and come out of the bondage he was in because he seemed uncomfortable.
