Katombi attacks Ken Maria over Kitui crossover Party

Benga artist Alex Kasau Katombi has hit out at his colleague Ken Wa Maria in a series of Facebook posts over a crossover party held in Kitui.

According to the event poster seen by Mauvoo News, Ken Wa Maria was among the artists set to perform together with Katombi, Maima, Kativui, and Bosco Mulwa.

However, on New Year’s Eve, Ken Maria was set to perform at Kinga Resort despite having been featured in posters and advertisements for the Kitui stadium crossover party.

The post did not augur well with some of Ken Maria’s fans who told Katombi to mind his business and stop bothering with other artists.

On new year, Katombi took again to Facebook and said, “ Mbai nitumbanisye nake mutua katuku ndanosa simu. Happy new year and thanks kitui..twimwendea mwaka mweu museo.

Ken Maria is known for his hit song last year “Mutua Katuku.”. The post resulted in mixed reactions from Katombi’s supporters and those of Ken Maria.
