Renowned Kamba gospel artist Stephen Kasolo popularly has addressed his beef with Gladys Kanyaa, a fellow gospel artist from Kitui.
Kasolo revealed that they sat down, resolved their differences, and reconciled since they have been great friends who supported each other in their ministries.
Kasolo said that Gladys Kanyaa is his sister so when differences arise there is a need to find an amicable solution to solve them.
“Gladys Kanyaa is my sister, we have grown together and she has been so close to me and we have come from far. Chairman for Ukambani, Meshack Mwengei united us where we talked a lot of things together with Mama Africa and resolved to restore our good relationship,” Kasolo stated.
He called upon his fans to respect Gladys Kanyaa and also Mama Africa since they are his sisters who share a lot of things concerning the gospel ministry.
Kasolo also urged his fans to treat Kanyaa the way they were treating her before their fallout since they have agreed to bury their differences.
“So when you see Kanyaa see her as Kasolo’s sister like it has been in the past, the same as Mama Africa. When you see Meshack Mwengei see him as our chairman and Masekete as Baba Jay who is also our Personal Assistant whom we choose. My beef with Kanyaa is now a thing of the past since we have come from far, we have even recorded a lot of songs together, and gone through a lot in our lives so I can’t afford to lose her as my sister,” Kasolo added.
He clarified that they are no longer enemies but lifetime friends who will continue supporting each other unconditionally.
