James Mbaluka loses 2 family members days after Emali Supermarket was looted

James Mbaluka has disclosed that he has lost his unborn child and partner. The announcement came on what was supposed to be a day of celebration—Mbaluka’s birthday.

In an emotional post, Mbaluka said that he had been eagerly anticipating the birth of his child. He had named the child Laska Musengya, describing it as potentially “the greatest gift” he could receive. However, tragedy struck, leaving him to grapple with an unimaginable loss.

Mbaluka also mourned the passing of the mother’s child identified as “Mama Prince” in his message. He indicated that the couple had another child, Prince, who is now left in his care.

Despite the profound grief, Mbaluka’s message reflected a tone of acceptance and faith. He stated that while the situation was difficult to comprehend, he had chosen to accept the will of God.

The loss of both mother and unborn child has cast a somber shadow over what should have been a joyous occasion. Mbaluka concluded his message with a tender farewell, wishing for his departed loved ones to dance with angels.

“Today, on my birthday, I anticipated receiving the greatest gift; Baby Laska Musengya. Unfortunately, I won’t celebrate this gift. Though it’s difficult to comprehend, I’ve chosen to accept the will of God. Rest peacefully, Laska Musengya, and Rest In peace Mama Prince. You have left Prince in safe hands. May you dance with angels,” he wrote on Facebook.

Last week, Eden Mart supermarket and Hotel Emali that belonged to Mbaluka were looted by demonstrators leaving him counting losses. Missed the story? check it out below;
