Makueni women representative Rose Museo has declared war on pedophiles preying on kids in the county.
Speaking at Mukuyuni, Museo expressed concerns about why these men failed to pursue grown women instead of children.
She went ahead to offer lessons on seduction so that these men can start nursing women of their age instead of little kids.
“Makueni is ranked among the counties with high cases of teenage pregnancies and it is saddening. Any man approaching a school girl is a coward who cannot face women his age,” Women rep Museo said.
She warned that any man preying on underage children will soon face the music as the fight against defilement is getting stronger.
Museo’s concerns come just days after Makueni county commissioner Beverly Opwora announced that 43 candidates sat for their KCSE exams while pregnant, breastfeeding, or after giving birth.
Speaking during the Jamuhuri day celebration Beverly noted that in a span of two months 32 cases of defilement had been reported in the county.
