Grace Mbeneka, wife of popular Kamba gospel artist Stephen Kasolo, has addressed swirling rumors about the couple’s marital status, affirming that they are still together despite recent speculations.
In a brief video statement released on TikTok, the mother of two, directly confronted the claims that she and Kasolo had separated.
The rumors had gained traction after fans noticed that Kosolo has been attending events without his wife including his recent high-profile album launch.
“My name is Grace or Mama Shine. I am here to address divorce rumors. Just so you know, we are not divorced. I am still Mrs. Kasolo. I thought you should know. So, good night,” she stated in the video shortly after locking her account.
“Wenye wanatupenda tunawapenda pia, haters turus..”She ended her 30-second speech.
The mother of two was very straightforward in her statement and did not explain whether they are still living together or not.
Kosolo is yet to address the rumors but he was among the first people who shared his wife’s video on his Facebook.
