Maanzo predicts what will befall Kenya if Kalonzo doesn’t become president in 2027

Makueni Senator Daniel Maanzo has asserted that Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka is the most suitable candidate to lead Kenya in 2027, stressing the need for the Kamba community’s unwavering support to ensure his victory and break the country’s longstanding two-tribe dominance in top leadership.

Speaking during an interview on a local TV station, Maanzo emphasized the critical importance of Kalonzo’s presidency for national unity and diversity.

“It is very critical that the Kamba community supports Kalonzo, This is the best chance for us to reign, and if we let go of the chance, we will be doomed, and the country’s top leadership will be left to two tribes, even if Joho tries his best there is no other result,” said Maanzo.

Maanzo firmly stated that Kalonzo’s intention is not to join the existing government but to establish a new administration that reflects the country’s diversity.

He passionately urged the Kamba community to rally behind Kalonzo’s bid, highlighting the unique opportunity this presents.

Additionally, Maanzo hinted at potential political repercussions if the finance bill fails, suggesting that they might initiate an impeachment motion against President William Ruto.

“If Mount Kenya votes against the finance bill and it fails then know the next thing on the table is an impeachment motion against the president,” said Maanzo.
