Mwala MP Eng. Vincent Musau alias Kawaya says Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka should not call the Kamba community names for failing to participate in the Azimio demonstrations.
In a Facebook post, Kawaya said that Kalonzo is in bad company and needs prayers. The lawmaker noted that soon Kalonzo will become a liability to the community.
“Hon. Kalonzo Musyoka should not call the Kamba community home of cowards. He should not insult Kambas. We are not cowards! We have just come of Age! Or would he rather the community participated in the looting spree and destruction of property that we saw in his friend’s hometown in the name of Maandamano? Kamba’s muscles are built for better things, not stone throwing!” said Musau.
“If throwing stones define a hero, he should probably tell us how many stones he threw during the last Maandamano. Soon and very soon he will become a nuisance and a liability to the Kamba community. Kalonzo Musyoka is simply in the wrong company! Let us extend our prayers this Easter!,” he added.
On Wednesday, Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka urged the Kamba community to emulate the Luo community and join Azimio demos. The former Vice President who spoke in Makueni said the community was full of cowards who were afraid to demonstrate.
His sentiments have elicited mixed reactions among leaders from the Kenya Kwanza coalition.
The same views had been put across by Foreign Affairs CS Dr.Alfred Mutua who noted that the Kambas were peaceful and wouldn’t involve themselves in the demos that are full of violence and bloodshed. Missed the story? check it out below;
