Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka has responded after President William Ruto recognized him as an opponent in the 2027 general elections.
While speaking in Mwingi, Kalonzo noted that he was ready to battle it out with Ruto and was honored that the head of state named him as his main opponent.
According to him, the fact that Ruto sees him as a threat is an indication that he will floor him(Ruto) early in the morning.
“I have seen the current president William Ruto say that he will compete with me in the general elections of 2027, he himself said that he supported Raila in 2007 and he should support him in 2027. I think I should go to Kisumu and tell them to count the years and decide who to support,” said Kalonzo.
He asked Kenyans to pray for the country and urged the Ukambani region not to be divided when the elections near.
