After Days of waiting, the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) finally released the 2023 KCSE Results for St. Matthias Mulumba Matinyani Boys Kitui.
The school had 265 candidates and 262 secured direct entry to the university after scoring C+ and above.
Matinyani Boys did very well in Geography, CRE, and History with a mean score of A constant.
No student had a grade A or A minus. 7 students had B plus, 89 B constant, 124 B minus, 42 C plus, and 3 C constant. The school had a mean of 8.2.
In the 2022 KCSE, the school emerged top in the Lower Eastern region with a mean of 9.9 and in 2021 they had a mean score of 8.2.
