TV presenter MC Toto has hit back at his ex-wife Ann Mwende, who unleashed a barrage of accusations, blaming singer Stella Mengele for rocking their marriage.
Taking to his Facebook page, MC Toto shared his side of the story, urging the public to refrain from meddling in his private affairs without knowing the full context.
He admitted he had done his best to save the marriage but, in the end, it was beyond repair.
“Issues of two people who have shared a blanket can never be understood by the public and those wishing to fight, fight me directly, but leave my wife, kids, and sister-in-law out of this mess,” Toto wrote.
In a heartfelt post, Toto expressed gratitude to Stella Mengele and his wife, Musenya Mengele, crediting them with being his pillars of strength during his darkest days.
“If it weren’t for them, the MC Toto you know today wouldn’t even be alive,” he confessed.
Toto also addressed his ongoing co-parenting arrangements, urging his ex-wife to adhere to court agreements regarding their children.
“The person spreading these audios should be reminded: pick up the kids where we agreed and bring them back in January,” he asserted.
He further praised his current wife for standing by him during tough times, lamenting the unwarranted hate she has been subjected to online.
“You don’t deserve this,” Toto added.
The drama unfolded after a viral audio clip captured Ann Mwende accusing Stella Mengele of being a key figure in the collapse of her marriage.
According to Mwende, she and Toto often turned to Stella for advice during marital struggles, only to later discover Toto had married Stella’s sister, Musenya.
