Former Yatta MP Francis Mwangangi has confirmed that he will be on the Ballot in this year’s general elections. Speaking at a local radio show the MP Promised to start serious campaigns in a short while.
“I will be on the ballot. I am finalising on my education and work programmes. Very soon I am starting my serious campaigns…I have a vision and am ready to work for my people. I know and am aware that my people really need development. I am coming to rescue you.” Mwangangi said.
Mwangangi in the interview noted that he is ready to transform Yatta Constituency and raise the living standards of his people.
“I am an experienced leader. I have been working for my people and I know what they deserve. It’s the high time I come in and transform Yatta Constituency. ” He added.
The former MP added that he has not yet decided whether he will be running on an independent ticket or under any party. Last year, Mwangangi joined the Wiper party during the Machakos Senatorial campaigns.
The former CCU Party Vice-chairman, Francis Mwangangi revealed that he resigned from the position, so as to be able to strategize on which way to go.
On his priorities, Mwangangi said that Yatta Dam is a key project that he needs to work on, immediately he gets to power. He also promised to work on Kaloleni-Sofia Road.
