Former Transport Chief Administrative Secretary and Wiper Party Machakos Gubernatorial Candidate Wavinya Ndeti has revealed that Raila called her today and she told him that Kalonzo Musyoka deserved to be his number two.
Speaking at ABC Kaiani in Kathiani Subcounty, Wavinya said that she told Raila that Wiper leader had numbers in the country and he was the one who will deliver as the Deputy President.
“Archbishop when you saw me get outside I went to pick a call it was from Raila and from the talk we had I told him that Kalonzo Musyoka should be his running mate as he had the numbers and experience to make him the Deputy president,” Wavinya revealed.
She also called on leaders to exercise peace during elections saying Azimio la Umoja should work together to benefit Kenyans as that was the only hope for them.
“My wish is that Azimio la Umoja and One Kenya Alliance work together to ensure that they bring change in the country as it is the only coalition with a hope for Kenyans,” She added.
Several leaders from Ukambani have been drumming up support for Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka to be named Raila Odinga’s running mate.
Raila Odinga is expected to unveil his running mate tomorrow (Monday) while Kenya Kwanza has picked Mathira MP Rigathi Gachagua to be Deputy President William Ruto’s running mate.
