UDA Chair and Former Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama is in mourning after the loss of his chief security officer.
On his Facebook page, Muthama described the deceased Nicholas Musilu as a dedicated officer who did his work with passion.
Muthama added that due to his great personality, he will be missed by the community.
The officer was based at Rockland Limited Mines in Tsavo West National park.
“No words can express how sad I am for the loss of my Chief Security officer, Mr. Nicholas Musilu, based in Rockland Ltd Mines in Tsavo West National Park. He was a dedicated officer who loved his family and he will be dearly missed by the community,” Muthama said.
“I, therefore wish to convey my sincerest condolences to his wife and children at this difficult moment. I pray to God to grant them love and comfort and may his soul rest in eternal peace,” he added.
Muthama owns a multimillion mining company called Rockland Kenya Limited which he inherited the mining pits from an American Geologist called John Saul in 1992. The company trades in precious stones like gold, ruby, repal, green garnets, and aquamarine among others.
