Stella Mengele has set strict conditions for her counterpart, Stephen Kasolo, before she agrees to withdraw a court case against him after he begged for forgiveness.
In a strongly worded statement, Mengele clarified that the situation has escalated and many people are getting hurt. Still, she insists that she did not provoke or ask anyone to insult her.
While expressing her desire for peace, she outlined a set of demands that must be met within 24 hours for the withdrawal process to commence. Failure to comply, she warned, would result in the matter proceeding in court.
Mengele’s conditions include the publication of all text and WhatsApp messages, as well as audio chats from 2023 when the dispute allegedly began.
She specifically asked for the release of texts where Kasolo claims she discussed her marriage or asked him to insult someone.
“I have nothing to hide. I want the truth. If I am Jezebel or evil, wishing others evil and sending anyone to hurt anyone, I want it all out here,” she stated firmly.
Additionally, she demanded that Ndeke publish all their conversations since they first met, and that Kasolo share any evidence he claims to have regarding allegations she sent Ndeke after him.

Mengele also called for the release of all conversations, pictures, and video chats between Kasolo and Ndeke, seeking clarity on their ongoing disputes, which she says have dragged innocent parties like herself into their conflict.
Another key demand involves a woman identified as the “Grootveld lady.” Mengele wants Kasolo to reveal the full truth about their discussions regarding this woman, asserting that she has never body-shamed anyone.
“Give the whole story. You know what I mean,” she emphasized.
Mengele also requires Kasolo to publicly apologize to everyone he has insulted and shamed on social media. Furthermore, she wants a one-on-one live chat with him on TikTok.
To ensure accountability, she proposed drawing up a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with three elders from each side, stipulating that if Kasolo repeats the offense, no future negotiations will take place.
“What assurance do we have that you won’t repeat after a while?” she questioned.
In addition to these conditions, Mengele has demanded that Kasolo cover all court costs incurred up to this point.
Without compliance, she stated, all social media discussions should cease, and the legal process should proceed to uncover the full truth.
