CCU Party leader and Machakos Gubernatorial aspirant Nzioka Waita has asked Machakos residents to ensure that they elect leaders that will have their interests saying that he will ensure that his government brings change to the Health Department of Machakos.
Waita took on Maliti who has been serving as Finance CECM blaming him for the mess in the health sector.
“You have no drugs in the hospitals, cleaners are not being paid yet the Minister of Finance in the county is the Deputy Governor and now he wants to vie for Governor position,” Waita said.
“Do not elect such people, I respect Rose Wambua but do not let some people run this county but when they were in power they did not help the residents of Machakos,” he added.
Speaking during a rally in Kangundo Central Ward, Nzioka also said that Wiper leader Kalonzo should come out clear on which side he is on rather than playing middle politics.
“Kalonzo Musyoka should ensure that he decides whether he is in Azimio la Umoja or Kenya Kwanza. For the sake of the community let him decide rather than playing middle man politics,” Waita went on.
He further asked the Kamba community to ensure that they do not go to the opposition but rather be in Government so that they can access development.
