Ngumbau TV presenter Nickko Nyamai alias Kijana Msafi has announced plans to vie for political office in 2027.
Speaking during the burial of Victor Munyaka’s sister Rose Mwikali in Muthwani, Nyamai disclosed he will be seeking to oust Mua MCA Francis Ngunga in 2027.
“I’m still doing my presenter job your Excellency but I have political ambitions. In Mua, the current MCA insults the governor all the time. We want to do clean politics devoid of hate or division, progressive politics.” Nicko Said
“In Mua, they have asked me to vie for MCA Mua ward. Let’s continue praying for each other so that we take that seat.” He added.
Nicko Nyamai has been severally spotted alongside Governor Wavinya and he might be the preferred candidate to oust Ngunga a vocal critic of the Wavinya regime.
