Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu will be attending the Ukambani leaders meeting at Kalonzo’s Yatta farm. This comes just 2 days after she skipped a similar meeting organized by her colleague Lower Eastern Governors.

Ngilu sent an apology that she had a family emergency and was held up in the hospital and was unable to attend the meeting.

The wiper party reached out to the 3 Governors to invite them for the Lower Eastern Leader’s meeting at Kalonzo’s Yatta Farm.

Our sources at the party have informed us that Ngilu has confirmed attendance for the Saturday 15th meeting.

Governor Mutua on the other hand said he will be out of the country. Kibwana expressed concerns about the venue and said he will not be able to attend.

During the Ukambani leader’s meeting hosted by the 3 Governors, Governor Mutua said that such meetings cannot be held at people’s farms but should be held in public places.
