Machakos County Senatorial Aspirant Urbanus Ngengele now says that Kalonzo Musyoka is the most qualified candidate to deputize Raila Odinga.
Addressing the media on Friday morning at a Machakos Hotel, Urbanus Ngengele revealed that following Kalonzo’s track record, he remains the best-suited candidate to deputize Raila.
“I am senator Urbanus Ngengele, the senator of Azimio. We have seen Azimio is looking for Raila’s running mate. In 2012/2013 Raila was in CORD backed by Kalonzo, In 2017 we formed NASA and Kalonzo was there. Our son Kalonzo has agreed to support Raila without any conditions. When I check among the 4 proposed Running mates, Kalonzo will bring the national outlook. I ask Azimio and the board to name Kalonzo as the running mate.”Ngengele said.
“I want when I become the Machakos senator in August to be a senator in the ruling coalitions. All animals have their leaders and I want our Governors to support Kalonzo so that he is picked as Raila’s Deputy President. I ask even UDA Chairman Muthama to support Kalonzo so that we come out of opposition and help our people.” He added.
Ngengele called on Machakos County Government to pay KEMSA so that drugs and other supplies can be delivered to Machakos hospitals to end the ongoing suffering.
