Moments after Stephen Kasolo was released from Kitengela Prison, Mutisya Maweu has said that he will be filing a defamation case against the artist.
In a video seen by Mauvoo News, Mutisya Maweu said that Kasolo had fabricated lies against his family and if he would not apologise to him he was going to file a defamation suit.
He went ahead to say that he had wanted to sue Kasolo previously, but he felt remorseful for him, but when he went on ahead to insult other celebrities, he saw it was bad.
“I will go and file a suit so he can apologise to my family, and if he doesn’t apologise we will have to go the hard way. I wanted to sue him, but I was remorseful, but when he started insulting Bisengo, Mengele, and others meaning he knows what he is doing,” said Mutisya Maweu.
“The other thing that is making me take action against Kasolo is that the video that he took while insulting me, I told him to pull it down and he has never done so. In the video he has said am not a Kamba and called me a rapist that is fabricating lies against me,” he added.
