Mumbuni Boys registers first A constant in 8 years

Mumbuni Boys High School is among schools that ruled supreme in the 2019 KCSE examinations in Machakos county. The school was able to register a student with a mean mark of A plain after a period of eight years.

6 other students managed a mean grade of A- while more than ten had a mean of B+.

The excited school principal Peter Nzioka who spoke to Mauvoo News Reporter said that he had faith that the 2019 candidates would make the school proud.

“For the past eight years Mumbuni has not registered an A plain. We expected great results but this is better than we expected,” said Nzioka.

Other schools that registered students with a mean grade of A constant in Machakos county include Machakos high school which had one A constant. Machakos Girls their closest rival did not manage a grade A constant.

Machakos Girls high school, Kathiani girls high school, Misyani high school, and Matungulu girls high school are among the top girl’s schools in the county.

Most of the schools in the county have registered sterling improvement in the performance this year compared to last year.
