Kithungo Raha Boys Band singer Alphonse Kioko alias Maima has sent his condolences to the family of Kusyongali Stars Band leader Naswa Hatari who passed on Friday following a short illness.
Maima took to Facebook to mourn Naswa who he said was his close friend noting that they are waiting to hear the cause of death from doctors.
“Good morning people. Najua wale wangi tumeskia story ya huyu boy #KusyongaliStarsNaswa amepass. Pia mimi nliskia jana lakini nkasema ni lazima ni confirm kutoka kwa Family yake and it’s true #Naswa alikufa jana akiwa Kenyatta Hospital ICU. Sijajua shida ilikua nini we are still waiting to hear from the doctors. Naswa ulikua beshteangu wa karibu since before nikama ata tulianza hii maneno ya mziki pamoja na sasa umeenda inauma sana pumzika kwa amani kijana.Nasema pole kwa Family yake na Band yake pia sisi kama Maima Band tumempoteza rafiki. #SafiriSalamaKijana#TutaonanaBadaeNaswa. ” A facebook post by the Singer read.

On the 13th of August , the singer shared a photo in hospital bed requesting for prayers.
