Kitui South constituency and Mwala constituency have been ranked top in the lower Eastern region in terms of NG-CDF utilization according to a ranking done by Mizani Africa.
Nationally, Kitui south was position 17 with Mwala ranking position 18. According to Mizani Africa the ranking looks at the performance for 2017/2018 Financial Year and was analyzed using artificial intelligence and blockchain technology.
The key focus of the study was value for money, the amount used in projects and prioritization. The MPs were awarded at a function held at a city hotel Tuesday.
Overally, Ndindi Nyoro’s Kiharu constituency ranked the best nationally followed by Uriri, Mvita, Kitutu Chache south and Kabete.
A section of Mwala residents had this to say on their constituency ranking by Mizani Africa.

Hellena Mwesh said, “Am from Mwala constituency and you deserve it mheshimiwa.. So far best MP in Kenya. Watch the space. One day Engineer Vincent Musyoka will be the Governor of Machakos county. We pray for you. Congratulations Our Honourable.”
Martin Kisilu said, “Personally I’ve enjoyed the NG_CDF bursary for university students and I’m proud of you mheshimiwa. Kudos and may God take you to another level to continue with your service to humanity.”
