Kinanie Ward MCA Francis Kavyu was forced to leave an interview at a local Kamba Station after finding he had been scheduled with Machakos Deputy Governor Francis Mwangangi.
In a viral video, Kavyu, who seemed agitated after being pushed outside the studios, questioned why he was invited to the interview if it would be biased.
“I will go, but you must be neutral. Your work is to inform the locals, as you chase me out, just know you are biased, and there is no need for you to call us for an interview you have arranged. Don’t push me, I will take myself out, you are not the one who brought me here,” Kavyu told the presenter.
Machakos Deputy Governor Francis Mwangangi was calm during the altercations between the presenter and the MCA.
Kavyu is among the MCAs opposed to Machakos Speaker Anne Kiusya’s impeachment and critical of Governor Wavinya Ndeti’s administration.
