Controversial gospel singer Justina Syokau has sparked conversation once again, but this time, it seems she’s seeking redemption.
In a heartfelt post on Facebook, Syokau opened up about her struggle with sin and expressed remorse for her recent behavior.
The singer noted that she had taken the wrong way and is ready to return home and represent the Christ she preaches.
“God, have mercy on me. I am a sinner and need to start over. I’ve brought shame to the ministry of Jesus with my words. Touch me, God, and grant me the grace not to sin anymore,” she wrote.
” Help me forgive those who’ve hurt me, and make me fit for your service. I surrender my new journey to you,” added Justina.
This post follows a string of eyebrow-raising moments, where Justina has stirred controversy by delving into explicit discussions that left many of her fans unsettled.
These discussions revolved around JCM church pastor Ben Kiengei and the controversy surrounding him.
At one point Justina was heard saying that she may ‘unite’ Kenyans in one of the apps where sex videos are posted.
Now, the singer seems ready to turn a new leaf, leaving fans curious whether this marks a genuine change in her path or yet another twist in her tumultuous career.
